Liège-Énergie asbl develops local initiatives aimed at sustainably reducing energy consumption for all citizens of Liège. Within this framework we organize information and awareness-raising actions for Liège households regarding aid, behavior and investments in energy saving.

Context

Liège-Énergie Asbl, the authorized local entity of Wallonia and the local agency of Wallonia, is an Asbl that, with the support of the City of Liège, develops local initiatives aimed at sustainably reducing citizens’ energy consumption and has the mission of supporting citizens in their energy renewal efforts. Responsible for the development of the local energy renewal platform, with the support of the Walloon Region, this platform constitutes the single point of contact for families with the aim of informing and supporting them in the different stages of the thoughtful and effective renovation of their home. Your assignments

You will provide analysis of renovation projects to nominated renovators, and to this end you must be able to carry out the following tasks:

  • Information and advice for nominated renewals;
  • Analysis of the desirability and feasibility of renovation in the building undergoing renovation;
  • Formulating technical opinions related to the feasibility study and developing restoration and housing condition files;
  • Analyze bids and housing audits associated with the candidate’s renovation project;
  • Conduct a pre-diagnosis during a home visit to the candidate’s home for renewal;
  • Administrative and financial control of files: launching, granting and monitoring procedures at various stages of work;
  • Administrative monitoring of construction sites (analyzing and monitoring progress, drafting reports, etc.);
  • Cooperation in the exchange of information and data with auditors and businessmen on the basis of the Ambassadeurs Liège-Energie brand;
  • Providing technical advice within the framework of group purchases organized by Asbl.

  • You will benefit from 3 years of professional experience (including training) in the architecture and engineering sector.
  • PAE 2 Certified Auditor is an added advantage.

We offer you

Permanent contract starting on January 12, 2023, full time (36 hours per week).

Remuneration based on the local authority scale A1sp with the possibility of increasing seniority (as an indicator, the total monthly scale with 6 years of valuable experience is €4,172.67).

An indefinite-term contract subject to renewal after 12/31/2024.
