How is your morning routine? Is it calm and predictable, or stressful and chaotic? For many of us, it’s often the latter, not least because we have so much to do and so much stuff.

From remembering to take medications and supplements to coordinating clothes, just getting through the morning and going to work can seem like a task. Add other responsibilities (for example, children who need to be fed and going to school, or pets), and the task can seem impossible.
