A one-stop shop for bespoke luxury property design and construction is set to open a new design center in Leamington Spa as part of its expansion.
Dan Dek Design’s new center will open in the former Picture Frameing store on Radford Road at the end of the month after Leamington commercial agents Wareing & Company secured a deal.
The company’s current offices in Sheffield and Derby focus on high-quality joinery for new projects and repairs, but the design center in Lymington is the start of a new chapter for the business.
Staff at the new design center will work with designers, carpenters, joiners, electricians, plumbers and others to design and build stunning one-off homes for its clients, enabling its clients to see a full 3D design of a new building and everything it is fitted out before the project.
Following huge success in and around Yorkshire, Dan Dek Design wanted to find suitable premises in the Midlands to not only launch the centre, but also expand their joinery services into the region and the Cotswolds.

Daniel said: “I was familiar with the area due to outsourcing 3D planning work to a company in Warwick. Once we had the ability to do it ourselves, we wanted our new center to be in the same area.
“Waring & Company knows the area well, so we knew their guidance would expedite our search.
“As soon as we saw the property on Radford Road, we felt that its curved glass windows and attractive entrance made it an ideal place to bring in potential clients and would make a great base in the Midlands.
“There were some hurdles along the way to agreeing to the lease, but they were handled as smoothly as possible thanks to the expertise of Wareing and Co.”
The new center is scheduled to open on Thursday, November 30, and Daniel is confident of getting to work.
He added: “We are looking forward to hiring more employees directly as a result of this move, in addition to working with construction companies and tradesmen in the region on various projects.”
“We are seeing strong demand in areas such as the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire, and our new center will be the ideal place to manage these new projects from. We are really looking forward to getting moving and getting started.”
