We are happy to announce this Joseph Vance Architects Featured in the latest version of New Show: Curated Visual Gallery It will be released on November 30th. This latest edition coffee table book showcases twenty homes designed by renowned architects in the Northeast, including Joseph Vance Architect’s House in Soho – Renovating the gut of an 1869 industrial building into an 11,000-square-foot private home in the neighborhood’s historic historic district.
Once a studio and workshop for mid-century art and furniture masters, Philip and Kelvin Laverne, the building has been converted into a 7-storey home designed to be modern yet warm and full of artisanal craftsmanship.
One of only six single-family homes in Soho, this luxury home features a two-story living room with a wood-burning fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 11 unique bathrooms, and a full spa on the basement level with a pool, hot tub, exercise room, and massage.
